Convenience, budget friendly, excellent choice for single traveler and family friendly, excellent buffet breakfast in a bright open area. Safety parking free. Staff was helpful, friendly and accommodating. That was the case for me! Until I had an interaction with FLO, I don’t believe the woman had smile muscles , or they are in training as FLO looked like she had only used her smile :-( upside down). I had extended my stay to check out Sunday 10/1/22, after my interaction with the manager FLO, I immediately packed and left prior to check out time on 9/29/22 sick as I had extended my stay as I wasn’t feeling well. It was a wonderful experience and I was irritated that a working staff was being led by someone who has No Clue about ‘hospitality’ or customer service. I absolutely love everything about this hotel which is exactly why I've stayed here MULTIPLE times. If you're looking for a 3 star hotel with 5 star ambiance in the Houston/Energy corridor area, this must be your go to place! The staff (front desk& house keeping) are ALWAYS pleasant!! And the manager Flo is definitely the greatest! She's the GOAT of Hotel management! I had issues twice, not anything at the hotels fault, but both times she was absolutely more than helpful with resolving my issues. She made me feel as though she cared as if the problem was her own& it was she losing money! She's such an asset to the hotel! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE HER AS WELL AS THE HOTEL! Anytime I stay here, I dread having to leave& I'm one that love being inside my own home!!

I rece y stayed at this hotel. The king bed suite was very comfortable. It was convenient having the sitting room and the separate bedroom. The continental breakfast was very good. There was a nice selection of various breakfast items. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

The room was very spacious. Bedding was comfortable and Heating was proper. Breakfast was very nice. Staff was kinda ok.. Locations is quite far from Airport. There is a Bus Station near at about 10 mins walk. Buses can take you anywhere in the City.

This hotel was very quiet no noise at all. The staff were very welcoming and pleasant and the hotel itself was very clean. There were also a few places to get food from within walking distance overall a great experience.
